This website is operated by SEYA Security & Intelligence, a member of SEYA Group, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this notice, “we” and “us” refer to SEYA Security & Intelligence and SEYA Group.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, organisation, topic and message. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the website secure and running.
How we use it
We use inquiry details only to respond to you, to assess a possible engagement and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
We process inquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business requests, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where required, we rely on your consent.
Sharing
Inquiries may be shared within SEYA Group so that the right company can respond. We use carefully selected service providers for hosting and email, bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
International transfers
SEYA Group operates in several countries. Where data is transferred outside the country in which it was collected, we apply safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.
